July 17, IZOLYATSIA’s director Oksana Sarzhevska-Kravchenko will be holding the Art-Wednesday where she will present the i-Portunus project and tell about the basis of its functioning.
i-Portunus is a project, selected and funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union, which aims to trial a mobility scheme for artists and culture professionals. From April to September 2019, i-Portunus will issue three Calls for Applications, providing support for 350-500 short-term international mobilities for artists active in the fields of the performing or visual arts and residing in a partner-country of the Creative Europe programme. These mobilities must have a specific and well-defined objective, such as: developing international collaborations, engaging in production-oriented residencies or in professional developments, presenting works in another country or developing projects with local communities in the destination country.
