Transit Zones
On May 8 at 18:00, IZOLYATSIA Foundation together with Dnipro Center for Contemporary Culture opened the exhibition Transit Zones.
Transit Zones is a project about new forms of non-representation emerging from the experience of war. The exhibition focuses on military artists as well as civilian artists whose practice is shaped by displacement, distance, and the instability of their own presence.
Existing between the frontline and the rear, home and exile, presence and exclusion, these experiences enter into mutual resonance, forming a new topography of sensitivity.
The exhibition reflects on the state of "in-between" as a shared space in which memory, trauma, and experience are in constant motion and re-signification.
Participants: Sofia Bulgakova, Liubov Durakova, Pavlo Kovach, Vitaliy Kokhan, Margarita Polovinko, Georgy Potopalskyy, Khrystyna Solomukha, Ivan Svitlychny, Anna Taradina, Lesia Vasylchenko, Yevhen Arlov and Maryna Fedorenko, _mediaklub, photinus new media lab (Uzhhorod).
