ZMINA:Resilience. Second call for co-creation funding of international cooperation projects

IZOLYATSIA Foundation (UA) and Malý Berlín (SK) together with Trans Europe Halles (SE) announce the second call for cultural and arts organisations within the ZMINA:Resilience project, strand "Co-creation funding of international cooperation projects".

The objective of the call is to support co-creation between Ukrainian artists and cultural organisations and their peers from Creative Europe countries.

Funding will be provided to co-creation projects on the theme of resilience involving at least two partners from at least two countries, one of which is Ukraine. Each project must be publicly presented in the locality of every partner (at least two presentation events).

All creative and cultural sectors are eligible except audiovisual.

Budget

  • Total funding available: 187,500 €
  • Grant amount: up to 25,000 €, covering up to 90% of total project costs.
    • The remaining 10% must be covered by the applicants as their own contribution.
  • Expected number of grants: 7–10.

Key Dates

  • Deadline for submission: 4 December 2026, 23:59 (Kyiv time)
  • Announcement of results: January 2027
  • Project implementation: up to 7 months within February – August 2027
