Roman Lyagin's case remains in Kiyv
On January 27, the Second Trial Chamber of the Supreme Court of Cassation considered the submission of the Kyiv Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court regarding the referral of criminal proceedings on Roman Lyagin's charge. As a result of the Supreme Court's review, it was decided to leave the petition without satisfaction. This means that Roman Lyagin's case remains in the Kyiv court and will not be transferred to the Donetsk region.
The case will be referred back to the Shevchenko Court of Kyiv. We will report separately on the next case reviews.
Thank you to everyone who came to support IZOLYATSIA in this court!
