Consideration of filing with the court of the Kyiv Court of Appeal

On January 27, 2020, consideration will be given to filing a court of the Kyiv Court of Appeal with the Supreme Court regarding the direction of criminal proceedings against Roman Lyagin. According to the results of the review, it will finally be known within the framework of which jurisdiction a further consideration of the case will take place (Kyiv or Donetsk region).

The meeting will take place in the Second Chamber of the Cassation Criminal Court of the Supreme Court at 9:00 a.m. 45 minutes (address: P. Orlik St., 4, Kiev, 01043).
