Roman Lyagin's new case

On October 23, 2020 at 10:30 a preparatory court hearing was held in criminal proceedings on the accusation of Roman Lyagin of seizing the premises of the IZOLYATSIA Foundation.

The court started proceedings (761/31322/20) for article 2, part 28 of Criminal Codex of Ukraine: violation of the laws and customs of war. This is a new case and IZOLYATSIA finally is recognized as the victim. This has been a preporatory formal hearing. The court came to a conclustion to proceed with the case. Roman Lyagin was present in the court.
