- Report review: check completeness, accuracy and consistency of reported data, alignment of indicators with approved indicators and targets, and the presence of proper supporting documents (MoV);
- Data consolidation: systematise and aggregate MEL data from subgrantees and consortium members, monitor timely reporting and resolve identified discrepancies;
- Training and support: run short MEL sessions and consultations for subgrantees on monitoring, reporting and documenting results;
- Coordination: regular communication with consortium members and the PFRU-2 MEL team to align approaches, resolve indicator questions and ensure common reporting standards.
Requirements
- practical experience in monitoring and evaluation (MEL/M&E), grant management or programme reporting, preferably in international or donor-funded projects;
- understanding of MEL basics, Results Framework logic, indicators, targets and means of verification;
- experience in collecting, systematising, checking and analysing quantitative and qualitative data;
- confident use of Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting tables and data consolidation;
- attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in reporting;
- good communication skills, with the ability to explain reporting requirements clearly and give partners practical support;

An advantage
- experience supporting grantees or subgrantees;
- experience with programmes in culture, cultural heritage or community development;
- English for working with programme documentation and reporting;
- registered sole proprietorship (FOP) in Ukraine, or willingness to register one.
