IZOLYATSIA in collaboration with sales-house BigMedia, the biggest operator of outdoor advertisement in Ukraine, announce a competition for Ukrainian artists to create a project using outdoor advertising as the medium.
In recent years, chaotic, garish and poor-quality outdoor advertising has flooded the streets with calls for almost compulsory consumption, distorting historical buildings in cities across Ukraine. This competition is not aimed at improving the image of the players in the outdoor advertising market, on the contrary, its intent is to constructively and critically examine the current state of affairs and to provide a thorough reflection on the matter.
The winner will receive a cash reward and the opportunity to show their work on billboards, city lights and other forms of outdoor, physical advertising in the city of Kyiv.
