Russian illegal prison on IZOLYATSIA premises has been operational for 10 years.

On October 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the IZOLYATSIA Foundation invites you to ZMINA:Resilience seed funding call. During the event, participants will learn about the terms, rules, and regulations regarding funding for new project development, as well as gain insight into the structure and details of the application process. The presentation will be held online in Ukrainian.

ZMINA:Resilience is a project aimed at supporting the integration of Ukraine’s cultural and creative sectors into the EU’s cultural space in light of the country’s future accession to the European Union. To achieve this, the project offers funding and capacity building to support collaboration between arts and cultural organizations from Ukraine and other Creative Europe countries.

Within the ZMINA:Resilience project, the Seed funding call allows Ukrainian arts and cultural organizations, as well as initiatives working in the creative industries, to receive support in transforming resilience-themed project ideas into joint proposals with partners from Creative Europe countries (EU countries, Non-EU countries). Partnerships at the application stage are not mandatory; however, applicants must demonstrate the potential to establish such partnerships or express their interest in future collaboration. The aim of this support is to strengthen the capacity of Ukrainian organizations for international activities, foster equal and sustainable partnerships, create new cultural, artistic, and creative products, raise awareness about Ukraine, and promote Ukraine’s integration into the European space.
