Culture: Solidarity and Resilience. Presentation of Four Creative Europe Projects
On 26 February 2026, at 10:00 in Kyiv, four projects supported by the European Commission under a special call of the Creative Europe programme for the Ukrainian cultural and creative sectors will be presented. The project teams will introduce ZMINA:Resilience (IZOLYATSIA Foundation, Maly Berlin, Trans Europe Halles), Culture Helps / Культура допомагає (NGO "Insha Osvita", European Cultural Foundation, Zuza, and Veteranka Movement), Cultural Horizons (Ukrainian Cultural Foundation), and UAxEU UkrAinian cultural eXchange with European Union (ELIA, Lviv National Academy of the Arts, the Coalition of Culture Actors, and the Ukrainian Museum Association).

Format: hybrid — in-person and online stream (Facebook and YouTube, in Ukrainian and English)
The event is open to Ukrainian and international cultural organisations, artists, cultural managers, curators, Creative Europe grant recipients, representatives of public authorities, donors and networks, arts education institutions, culture researchers, civil society and media.

- Welcome message from EU Commissioner for Youth, Culture and Sport Glenn Micallef;
- Speech by Gediminas Navickas, Deputy Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine;
- Speech by Natalia Movshovich, Deputy Minister of Culture of Ukraine for European Integration;
- Speech by Alejandro Ramilo Rodríguez, European Education and Culture Executive Agency;
- Presentation by Mykola Ulianov, Head of the Creative Europe Desk Ukraine;
- Keynote speech: Olga Sagaidak, cultural manager, co-founder of Dofa Fund, cultural policy expert;
- Presentation of separate projects (ZMINA:Resilience, Culture Helps Solidarity, Cultural Horizons and UAxEU);
- Roundtable Discussion: Representatives from Culture Helps, UAxEU, Cultural Horizons, and ZMINA:Resilience discuss the role of culture in society resilience (moderated by Alevtina Kakhidze);
