Photographer and graphic designer Tom Skipp in residence at IZOLYATSIA

On April 28 – May 25, 2018, the UK based photographer and graphic designer Tom Skipp is a new resident at IZOLYATSIA.
Tom Skipp has worked in the сreative industries for 15 years. As a graphic designer with Peter Saville and Vaughan Oliver he was exposed to two of the most creative minds in Music Sleeve design. Tom has gone on to be an Art Director at EMI and worked leading the creative direction for Kasabian and Mumford & Sons. Developed a logo for the Centre for Contemporary Art Garage. Moving to Rwanda for 8 months to Art Direct a charity magazine called Ni Nyampinga, aimed at improving the lives of girls and young women, changed his direction. Tom researches the boundaries of human interaction and possibility of cross cultural exchange, working through photography.
