IZOLYATSIA Day- a retrospective exhibition, marking the one year anniversary of the occupation of the Donetsk IZOLYATSIA foundation by the representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, is currently running in Kyiv. 

The exhibition runs from 10 June until 17 June, from 12am to 8pm. 

Address: Naberezhno-Luhova street, 8 (metro station Tarasa Shevchenka, after crossing Naberezhno-Luhova street follow the orange IZO signs). 

IZOLYATSIA DAY is a retrospective exhibition of the foundation’s first project - IZOLYATIA 2.0: Reboot – comprising works created during the summer 2010 residency by Ukrainian artists - Gamlet Zinkovsky, Apl315, David Chichkan, Yuriy Pikul, and Vladimir Kuznetsov, curating by Adam Nankervis. These works are part of IZOLYATISA’s collection, and were rescued from the foundation’s seized territory. The exhibition also includes video installations, which present the story of IZOLYATSIA. The installations were part of an art project, initially shown to great acclaim in the Palais de Tokyo, Paris.
