Donbas Living Library
2 November 2014 — 3 November 2014
Donbas Living Library – is an interactive project, which offers the public to meet residents of Donbas to introduce the region and its people. The books in this project are actual people, with whom anyone can talk individually. The main goal of Donbas Living Library is to debunk the stereotypes and myths about Donbas and its residents.
Donbas Living Library will open on 2 November from 11:00 to 16:30 at the National Museum of Taras Shevchenko (blvd. Shevchenko, 12).
Among the living books participating in the project are outstanding individuals in the area culture, and people of different typical/atypical professions for Donbas (a traveler, an advertiser, a designer, an artist, a writer, a teacher of Hebrew, a miner, a climber, an eco-activist, an actor, a journalist). Guests of Donbas Living Library will be able to ask the living books any questions.
