Alter-Places final event in Paris

On 25–26 April 2025, the final event of Alter-Places — Sustain-ABLE will take place in Paris. The gathering is dedicated to independent cultural spaces and their role in sustainable urban development and community engagement.

The programme will include expert talks, panel discussions, and an exhibition opening — all based on 18 months of research into alternative cultural spaces across Europe.

At the exhibition, IZOLYATSIA Foundation will present the work of Ukrainian cultural organisations during the full-scale war. Among them: Portal-21 / Izyum Recovery, Lanka.Pro, and Co-Haty. The foundation will also share its own experience in Soledar, the story of the Community Culture Bus / Gurtobus, and showcase a database of mobile and temporary cultural infrastructure.
